Yet the debate continues as patients focus on what works for them rather than “who is right or which is better.” One of the best emerging practices to come out of these debates is something called CAM, the use of both Complimentary and Alternative Medicine. For instance, using ginger syrup (alternative medicine) to treat nausea during a chemotherapy treatment (conventional treatment).
