Registration fees include conference material, entrance to CEST anniversary, party, beverages, coffee
breaks and the official conference dinner.
Important notices:
o Each registration is specified for one person and is non-transferable.
o Early-bird registration is confirmed when the payment is completed. Otherwise,standard registration rates
will be applied.
o Changes to registration invoices are only possible with regard to the invoice address or order references.
o Each participant may present up to two papers with one registration. Additional papers will be charged a
fee of 100 € per paper.
o A copy of a valid student card is required to benefit from the student registration fees.
o Special attention should be paid to our cancellation policy.
o Although online registration is not available yet, one can register through bank transfer. Once you wish
to do so, please contact us at cest@gnest.org.
